We have homes that are exceptionally maintained at University Dr,
Devon Ct and Leclaire subdivisions in Tree City USA, Edwardsville.
You have your choice of apartment or townhouse settings for a new
home, with fully equipped kitchen, completely cleaned and repainted
before you move in.
The
owners of our privately owned company are hands on – you will find
us doing yard work or building maintenance at any given time during
the day, all through the year. Come say hello in person, we’d love
to meet you. Of course we’re always accessible by phone
too.
The care and pride we take in our properties is complimented by professionally landscaped neighborhoods, lined with trees, shrubs and manicured lawns. We are close to SIUE university and Edwardsville District schools (both nationally ranked – go Cougars and Tigers!), in addition to bus lines, convenience and grocery stores, restaurants and miles of biking and walking trails.

Louis a mere 20 minute drive, Edwardsville is a favorite choice for
commuters.
Our parking lots are well lit (no need for street parking!), with
laundry facilities located on site within the building, or unit.
